After completing the registration, you'll be guided through the portal and given the option to choose a carrier to send your return.
- We'll Handle The Rest
Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund for the returned items and send you an email notification. This typically takes 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.

Our returns policy is straightforward! You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. We accept returns for all orders, as long as the items are in pristine condition. This means they must be unopened, unused, and with any seals intact.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team via My Account. We will address this on a case-by-case basis. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide photographic or video evidence.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
